Refund & Return Policy

At Onysacro, every piece of jewelry is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail. We take great pride in the artistry and quality of our designs, inspired by Colombia s rich cultural heritage. To maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure the satisfaction of our valued clients, we have established the following refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met: The item must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date the buyer received the goods. The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. The item must be returned in its original Onysacro packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, authenticity card, and any other accessories or documentation originally provided. Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, repolishing, cleaning, and repackaging to maintain our high quality standards.

3. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions

Before returning any item, the buyer must contact Onysacro at info@onysacro.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the exact return shipping address. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to an incorrect address will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery Requirements

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect. All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method, and must require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt at the designated Onysacro facility. Onysacro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

5. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a comprehensive quality inspection. If the return meets eligibility criteria, Onysacro will issue a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs) to the original payment method within 10‒15 business days. If not eligible, the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Custom or personalized orders Engraved or resized items Gift cards or promotional items Items marked as Final Sale at checkout

7. Exchanges

Onysacro does not offer direct exchanges at this time. Customers wishing to exchange must follow the return process and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact Onysacro within 48 hours of delivery at info@onysacro.com. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
