Shipping & Delivery Requirements

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect. All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method and must require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt at the designated Onysacro facility. Onysacro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
